Delivery via a CDN and protection against automated access:
The website may be delivered via the host's content delivery network (CDN), which may have nodes worldwide. To protect against overload and automated attacks, the host may check requests and in individual cases show a short browser check (bot protection) first. In doing so, the technical connection data of your browser, in particular the IP address, are processed. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable provision).
Technical Administration:
The technical provision of the infrastructure is carried out via the account of
Denise Kristof within the framework of joint administration. The contract on order processing
(Data Processing Addendum) required for this website with the host is in place and ensures
that the data of our visitors is processed in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR only according
to our instructions.
Server Log Files:
With each visit, the hosting provider automatically records server log files.
These include IP address, date and time of the request, requested file,
HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, and browser and operating system.
Processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR
(legitimate interest in secure provision). The logs are archived by the
hosting provider for up to 7 days and then deleted.

Technically Necessary Identifiers:
When you click a button on our website to open an album or track on a streaming service (e.g. Spotify), your browser sends a short technical message to our own server. Only a daily total is stored: the date (without time), the track concerned, the type of button, its position on the page and the selected service. We do not store IP addresses, cookies, device identifiers or any other information relating to you as a person, and nothing is stored on your device for this purpose. We use these figures internally only, to see which offers are used, and do not share them with third parties. Connection data that technically arise with the message are processed only in the host's server log files, as described in section 3 (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details (e.g. name, email address or phone number and the content of your message) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR where your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in answering your request). We delete your details once your request has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Music played on this website is delivered exclusively from our own server. No data is transmitted to third-party providers.
This website contains links to external platforms and social networks (such as X / Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or music and streaming services). Clicking on these links directs you away from our website. The respective operators are responsible for data processing on those third-party platforms; for our own presences there, see section 2. Displaying these links does not transmit any data to them.
On this website, we provide links for upcoming music releases (singles, albums) to the external pre-save service of HyperFollow, provided by DistroKid (distrokid.com). The actual pre-save does not take place on our website, but directly on HyperFollow and its connected streaming platforms (such as Spotify or Apple Music). Transition occurs by clicking a corresponding link or landing page, thereby leaving our website. DistroKid receives standard connection data (in particular IP address, timestamp, and referrer URL). DistroKid is responsible for any subsequent data processing on HyperFollow, including account logins or streaming service authorizations.
Transfers to third countries:
When the website is delivered via the host's CDN (section 3) and when you use the linked platforms and our presences there (section 2), data may also be processed outside the European Union, in particular in the USA. In that case, the information and safeguards of the respective provider apply (e.g. adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR).
Where we process personal data on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest), for example server log files or handling your request, you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
