Ombiente Sonic Evolution presents
In this voluntary transparency statement, guided by Art. 50 of the EU AI Act, we disclose how artificial intelligence is used in creating our content.
This statement applies to the content of the PSAIHOVEN website (psaihoven.com, psaihoven.de) and to works (music, lyrics, images, videos) released under the artist name PSAIHOVEN on streaming services and on the channels listed in the legal notice under “Scope”.
Content on psaihoven.com is created partly with AI, partly without AI and partly through the creative and operational collaboration of human and AI, in the stages described below. Conventional software apps as well as AI-based coding, language, music, image and video models from various providers are used.
This disclosure describes the use of AI in our content. Who is part of the team, which roles the individual AIs have and how human and AI work together is shown on our Teamwork page.
Where a work is produced with AI assistance, the creation of lyrics, arrangements, visuals and musical works is based on intensive, interdisciplinary dialogue between humans and artificial intelligence prior to production. The creative execution unfolds across dynamic dimensions of co-creation - varying from piece to piece:
Levels 4 and 5 reflect how the AI instances describe their own contribution. Artistic responsibility and the decision on every published work lie with the publisher.
The publisher is responsible for the published content, contact see Imprint. Copyright protection applies to the human creative contributions to the works.
Audio production combines traditional musical craftsmanship with neural synthesis frameworks. Depending on narrative theme and musical character, alternative frequency and tuning systems are utilized dynamically per project. The application of psychoacoustic parameters serves purely artistic dramaturgy, acoustic transparency, and the unadulterated sonic character of the music during playback.
Images, graphics and motion graphics are created in two ways. Some are designed independently by the publisher, entirely without AI. Others emerge in interplay with AI tools, through iterative, procedural and code-based synthesis chains. Idea, selection, editing and approval remain with the publisher. The result is a visual and motion language that reflects the kinetic aesthetic of the project in the rhythm of the clockwork.
